Nacelle Misalignment Detection

Direct & tailored measurement upwind or within requested sectors, for any and all WTGs in order to detect systematic nacelle (yaw) misalignment from the prevalent wind direction. This includes breakdowns into wind speeds and wind sectors towards adjusting nacelle heading parameters.

Blade Pitch Angle Alignment Detection

High resolution image processing of blade pitch angels during rotation and while WTG is static. Reports provide pitch angle differences among every 2 blades, corresponding to SCADA data time stamps.

Power Curve Tracking & Assessment

Inspection
Service Stack

Remote and valuable mechanical assets require constant and on demand inspection and monitoring. They don’t breakdown according to known schedules – they deteriorate and degrade over time or even suddenly. The sooner an operator is aware – the sooner a decision can be made which would significantly reduce downtime and maintenance expense.A blade inspection will currently involve, tenders, qualifications, travel, fuel, accommodation, contractors, climbers, safety hazard, employee overhead and turbine downtime. With Resident Airborne Services, all it requires is to press “Launch Blade Inspection for WTG#25” from your work station or phone, and sit back until a report is automatically generated post mission. And repeat as needed.

BoP Inspection

Inspection and anomalies identification on Platforms, foundations, Roads & Substations. Environmental and oil leak surveys included – all on schedule and on demand.

WTG Inspection

Scheduled or on demand high resolution visual Inspection of all blade surfaces, tower and nacelle thereby enabling continuous and specific anomaly and damage tracking. Blades are inspected thoroughly on all 4 sides, irrespective of their current roll and heading spatial location. This includes icing and dirt detection. All pre and post maintenance, post lightning strikes, on demand and on schedule.
